Trip details:
- Meeting Time: All members are required to report 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure.
- Departure Location: Please arrive at the designated meeting point (to be communicated prior to the trip). Look for our trip facilitator who will be wearing a visible tag or holding a sign with the trip details.
- CNIC Requirement: It is mandatory to carry the original CNIC with you throughout the trip. This will be required for security and identification purposes at certain locations.
- Arrival & Visit Schedule: We will visit several key attractions in Bahawalpur and Multan, including Noor Mahal, Derawar Fort, Bahauddin Zakariya Shrine, and Multan Fort. The trip facilitator will provide an itinerary with the times for each stop. Please make sure to be on time for each visit to make the most of the experience.
- Waste Disposal: We ask all members to be mindful of the environment during the trip. Please do not throw away any trash or garbage at any of the locations. We encourage you to carry any trash back with you, and the trip facilitator will have trash bags available for collecting waste at each stop.
- Collective Responsibility: Maintaining cleanliness is a shared responsibility, and together we can ensure a positive impact on the places we visit. Your cooperation in keeping the environment clean is greatly appreciated..
- Health & Safety: Ensure that you are in good health and bring any necessary medications with you. There will be regular breaks during the trip for your comfort.
- Snacks & Hydration: We recommend bringing water, snacks, and sunscreen, especially for outdoor activities such as hiking in Bahawalpur's desert or touring the historical sites.
Note: A few hours of deviation in the basic itinerary is normal.
